How to order

For orders outside the UK please call us on 0044 1341 423514 to discuss. 

To assist us to process your order we will require your address and contact details (telephone and e-mail).

Once you have placed your order we will email you an order confirmation with your lead time and to confirm your preferred payment option.

We accept payment via Paypal, cheque or cash (if collection in person).

To enable us to start to process your order we require a 50% deposit.

Confirmation of payment will be emailed and/or posted to you depending on payment method.

We will then contact you closer to your given lead time to discuss delivery/collection arrangements. You are, of course very welcome to contact us for an update at any time.

Once your furniture order has been completed we will then contact you to book delivery/collection at which point the 50% remaining balance will be due.
